We are holding workshops free of charge. Everyone is welcome to join us for tips and support on different health topics from baby health, women's health and men health.
Friday 14th November, we will have guest Helen Ryan from ABC Startright. A fun and interactive session exploring what baby mental health looks like and how best we can support it. Bring your baby/young child along.
Friday 21st November, we have guest Paul Tracey from Limerick Sports Partnership who will be discussing men's health both physical and mental and the importance of talking and connecting with others after overcoming his own challenges. 10am FREE OF charge.
Friday 28th November we will have guest Claire Flynn from Mental Health Ireland , who will be discussing women's wellbeing and menopause Journey and how to navigate this journey positively.
